Contents - Wound care

• 4x instant cold pack for immediate cooling of sprains, swellings, etc.
• 1x blister plaster pack for protection against blisters and pressure sores.
  

Content - Taping

• 2x underwrap 70mm x 20m for skin protection when applying and removing your sports tape.
• 2x rigid sports tape 25mm width for immobilizing small joints (e.g. fingers).
• 2x rigid sports tape 40mm width for immobilizing joints such as ankles, wrist and knees.
• 2x kinesiology tape 50mm (color as desired) for relieving pressure pains in the muscle and nervous system.
• 1x Tape Scissors in stainless steel to cut all your tapes to the desired length.

• 1x intense HOT warming muscle gel (250ml)
• 1x fast RECOVERY recovering muscle gel (250ml)
