To walk. It gives me a feeling of freedom, satisfaction, self-confidence. After every running workout, I feel so much better.

The sun. A ray of sunshine and I'm a different person. 

3. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RÉVVI PRODUCT AND WHY?

The intensive hot muscle gel, for sensitive muscles or joints before or after exercise. It has a beneficial effect on my muscles when they feel a bit stiff or sensitive. Ideal to protect them before or after my workout. But actually also the Fast recovery gel. Those are my two favorites. I always use the Fast recovery gel when my muscles feel heavy after a solid workout. They feel much lighter the day after!
